Southern Pecan Moonshine | Distilled By Yalaha Bootlegging Co.

Southern Pecan Moonshine ($48) has a long journey to fruition. After moonshine is created, some of the moonshine base is added to oak barrels for aging and for the creation of blueberry brandy. Once the blueberry brandy has completed aging, some of the blueberry brandy product is mixed with moonshine base along with pecan wood chips and aged for 6 more months. After the final 6 months of aging, southern pecan moonshine is ready to take home.

Yalaha Bootlegging Co. is proud to be Central Florida’s only moonshine and brandy distillery. Located in the heart of Lake County and just a short drive from Clermont, Leesburg, and Orlando.
